Declaration on accessibility

Information on the accessibility of these web pages in accordance with § 9b NBGG and on how to contact us in this regard.

Clausthal University of Technology makes every effort to make its websites and applications accessible in accordance with legal requirements. A working group has been set up to improve accessibility and regularly exchanges information.

These websites are largely compatible with the requirements of the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (08-2018).

This accessibility statement applies to the Clausthal University Library's repository, which can be accessed at the domain dokumente.ub.tu-clausthal.de.

Non-accessible content

Some of the documents published on the repository are not accessible and cannot be automatically converted into an accessible format, because

  • Clausthal University Library does not have the right to modify the files,
  • the source formats are not available,
  • the citability of the documents is no longer guaranteed.
Subsequent manual processing of the documents is disproportionately labor-intensive and is only carried out in exceptional cases.

The repository is aimed at scientists from the respective subject areas. Due to the complex content, it is not possible to use simple language and common technical terms and abbreviations are used.

Creation of this declaration on accessibility

This declaration was created on 23.09.2020. The assessment is based on a self-assessment.
