Um die Prinzipien der agilen Produktentwicklung zu fördern und Entwickler:innen in agilen Arbeitsweisen zu unterstützen, werden in diesem Beitrag ein strukturiertes Vorgehen für die Reflexion und ausgewählte Reflexionsmethoden vorgeschlagen. Strukturierte Reflexionen sollen dazu beitragen erforderliche Anpassungen bestehender Vorgehensweisen und Methoden in Entwicklungsprojekten zu ermitteln und zu planen. Als praktische Unterstützung wird ein Hilfsmittel - das Reflection Canvas - zur Durchführung strukturierter Reflexion in der Praxis und eine erste Auswahlhilfe für Reflexionsmethoden vorgeschlagen.

To promote the principles of agile product development and to support engineers in agile engineering, this paper proposes a structured procedure for reflection and selected reflection methods. Structured reflections should help to identify and plan necessary adaptations of existing procedures and methods in engineering projects. As practical support, a tool - the Reflection Canvas - for conducting structured reflection in practice and an initial selection guide for reflection methods are proposed.
